Exhibition Kitchen

The new South Carolina State Farmers' Market will house an exhibition kitchen, which will be located in the agribusiness section of the market. This kitchen will be used for cooking demonstrations and can seat up to 150 participants and/or guests. We plan to showcase local chefs and their recipes using fresh ingredients straight from the Market. We also plan to coordinate with our state's universities and provide them the opportunity to host classes in healthy living and wine tastings. Cooking exhibitions will run throughout the week and more heavily on the weekends.
