Exhibition Kitchen

The new South Carolina State Farmers Market houses an exhibition kitchen, which is located in the agribusiness section of the market inside The Corbett Building. This kitchen will be used for free cooking demonstrations for market visitors and can seat up to 150 participants and/or guests. We use this state-of-the-art kitchen to showcase local chefs and their recipes using fresh ingredients straight from the Market. We also plan to coordinate with our state’s universities and provide them the opportunity to host classes in healthy living and even wine tastings. Cooking exhibitions will run each and every weekend the market is open.

The regular schedule of cooking demonstrations will begin after the restaurant opens on May 11.
