Features and Programs

We are so much more than a farmers market. In addition to the traditional market aspects, the South Carolina State Farmers Market also offers some exciting programs and features for today’s families. In the Corbett Builiding, we offer a state-of-the-art Exhibition Kitchen, perfect for cooking demonstrations by local chefs. Our outdoor amphitheater houses fantastic entertainment during market festivals and can be utilized for our vendors for various seminars and meetings. The RV Park has space available for renting, making visiting the market as convenient as stepping out of your front door.

In addition to these permanent features, the SC State Farmers Market also offers up some great programs for your enjoyment. “Movies at the Market” is a great, family-friendly way to spend an evening. Bring the kids, spread out a blanket or picnic and watch an age-appropriate movie with the entire crew. If music is your thing, join us for “Music at the Market,” where a great musical group or talent will perform in the amphitheater for your listening pleasure.

All of that entertainment is bound to make you hungry, so come visit “Judy’s at the Market” and the Market Bakery in the Corbett Building. Both the restaurant and the bakery utilize the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, many of which come straight from the farmers market.
